Avenue from LaPorte Avenue to Michigan Avenue, under Improvement Re.4 olution No.
209. In the City of South Bend, Indiana*
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no further remon-'
strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll
filed July 22nd.1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments_ as showi on said.
roll,, and the Board -further find- that the assessment roll filed Jiuly 22nd.,1913
ind-the final - estimate allowed July 22nd.,1913 should be and the same are hereby
in all things ratified, confirmed and Approved.
