All members present. ✓fn regard to the hearing on the pipe sewer on Sunnyside, LaSalle and Colfax Avenues, the same was deferred until Tuesday August 26th. ,1913.. Application for bulletin sign on Beyers Island, filed with t he Board by Fred Ka3e. In regard to the setting of poles on La Salle Avenue and on Bridge on LaSalle Avenue, the samw was deferred un til Friday August 22nd.,1913. at 10:00 A.M. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on Nineteenth Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Grand Trunk Western Ry., under improvement Resolution No. 187. In the City of South .Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for.six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 25th., day of Augus;t,1913 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 12th., day of September,1913 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 25th. , day of August,1913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 12th.., day of September,1913 at 7:45 P.1k.
