Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.
✓Representatives of the Loyal Order of Moose #555 appeared before the Board asking
permission to close Jefferson Street from Maple Street to the 1st. _alley East, for
a carnival to be he34 from :Monday August 19th. ,1913 to Saturday August 23rd. inclu-.
sive. The same was granted by the Board.
/The Board ordered a light placed at the corner of North Main Street and Bartlett
Street.
✓ Petition filed with the Board for pipe sewer on College Street from.Miehi n Avenue
to Vassar. Avenue. The same was read and referred to the City Engineer for nvesti-
gation.
/ Petition filed with the Board for a grade, curb and walk on Logan Street from Scott
Street to Leland. Avenue. The same was read and referred to the City Engineer for
investigation. o
./Remonstrance filed with the Beard against Grading Ist. alley North of Madison Street
between St. Peter and St. Louis Street.

The Board granted the Indiana & Michigan Elec. Company permission to set the fel-o
lowing poles.
to set 1 - 35t pole in first alley east of Meade St., 601.north of
Division on east side alley.
to set 1- '35t pole in first alley west of Meade, 1501 north of Division
on; east side alley
The Board granted the Central Uriien Telep#one Company permission to , set anchors
as per their request of August Sth.,1913. with the exception of one anchor on
Michigan Avenue west of Wilber Street, this being in the underground district n
covered by ordinance No. 1044.
