Louis Kuhns in regard to sewer on Sunnyoide Avenue, LaSalle Avenue and Colfax Avenue. The' same was placed on file. ✓ Partial estimate allowed Stewart -Sheets Company, Contractors for work on Boman Creek sewer under Improvement Resolution No. 191 for the amount of......$9,215.05 ✓Contract for grade, curb and walk on Kenwood Avenue from Olive Street to Klley Street,, under Improvement Resolution No. 269. was awarded to Joseph Szweda. ✓ Contract for grade, curb and walk on Linden Avenue from Olive Street to I Klley Stret. under Improvement Resolution No. 270, was awarded to Joseph Szweda. Communication received and read from'Elmer Rex in regard to petition for sewer an Leer Street The same was placed on file.. ,/Partial estimate allayed Joseph Szweda, contractor for work on grade, curb and N walk on Elwood Avnue to Keller Street, for the amount of.................. $539.18 ,/Board granted permission to the Indiana, & Michigan Electric Copany to set poles a as follows:- I To set 3 - 35 t poles west side alley between Blaine and Lindner south of second alley south of Michigan Avenue in place of 3 - 251 Bell Telephone Company poles. Approved.. To get one 351 pale on the property line in the alley at the rear of 914 W. Fishier St. Approved. F r' The Beard granted the Davis Construction Company an extension of Thirty(30)0 Days on their building permit No. 9079, on the Warner Bldg: So. Mich. Street. President. Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. Mr. Bastian`. absent. Aearing given on improvement Resolution No. 297 for the grade, curb and walk on Tenth Street from Wallt Street to G.-T. western Ry. Company, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed, The Board therefore' find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 9th., day of August,1913 and on the 16th.2 day of August 1913 in the South Bend Daily News -Times, stating that this Board will : receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. an the 22nd. day of August,1913.
