Board Met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.
/Bond and contract of James Nelson for sewer taps on Dunham Street from Harris Street to
Arnold Street, under Improvement. Resolution No. 279. was approved by the Board►
Bond and contract signed by James Nelson as prinicpal and National Surety Company as
surety for sewer taps on High Street from Sample Street to Broadway, under improvement
resolution No. 277* was approved by the Board.
Bond and contract signed by C. H.. Defrees as prinicpal and American Surety Company of
New York as surety ft -for pavement on Dunham Street from Harris Street to Arnold Street
under' Improvement Resolution No. 249, was: approved by the Board.
✓`Bond and contract for sewer connection on Kemble avenue from Prairie Avenue to Ewing A®a
under Improvement Resolution No. 274, signed by Staples and Ackerman as principal and American
Surety -Company as sureties was approved ,by the Board.
