The Board therefore dind that. the propertyassessed in said roll filed May 20th.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the, assessment roll filed May 20th.21913 and the final estimate alley May 20th. ,1913 shoulal be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. ✓Petit•ion filed with the Board for grade, curb and walk on Tenth Street from ®Pall Street to G.T..Ry.
