The following petitions were presented to. the Board with regard to lots in the City Cemetery, and the sane were. approved by the Board.. South Bend,Ind.. June 27th.21913. /from"the WHEREAS, on the 13th., day of December ,1594, one F.M.Payne did purchase City of South Bend, Indiana, for and in eonsideration of Twenty—five Dollars and thirty cents ($25.30) the dollovd ng described real estate: All of lot No.711 in the 3rd, addition to the City Cemetery of the City of -South Bend,Indisnt, and described property having WHEREAS, said F.M.Payne,sole owner of the above lost the -deed for said lot,now,therefore, BE, IT RESOLVED by the Board , of Public Works of said City,that the Mayor of said City be aAd he is hereby instructed to issue a duplicate deed to said ,F.M. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and..approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 2nd. day of July21913 and on the 9th-2 day of July21913 its the South Bend. Daily News —Times stating that this Board will receive bods for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 18th.,day of tluly21913. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance were filed. The Board therefore find in. each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated eost of said improve— ments and the same are hereby in, all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the bene- fits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same :are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further that notices be published on the 2nd. day of July and on the 9th., dray of July,1913 in the South Bend Daily Times. Hearing given on improvement resolution No. 272 for pavement on Marion Street from Scott Street to Leland Avenue. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. in the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The B;ward therefore fined, in each and every ease in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvemei and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 2nd. day of July,19l and on the 9th., day of July21913 in the South Bend Daily News —Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10 00 A.M. on the 18th., day of July,1913 . The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Hearing given on Conderimation Resolution No. 25 for the opening and e,4tension of Arhold Street. In the above matter no remonstrators appea red and no further remonstran was filed. The Board thvrefore declare the :above property in all things condemned and :appro— priated for public use.
