The regular meeting of the. Board of Public: Safety was held in the.Board `I. Office Monday.Sept. 12th., 1927 ?' Meeting was 1 called to order at 4:40 P.I. Mr Nicely was not present L3- Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. FIRE DEPT. Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered :paid. 1Ulotion prevailed that the applications of Marion Woodka, and Marion Adam Nied- ", balski were approved and ordered . pr. # *cap o Af FrLE ELECTRICAL DEPT. °Electrical -Dept, bills were approved and ordered paid. Itoton prevailed that the weekly reports of Supt. Qualls for the weeks end ing Oct. 2nd. and 10th.; also the monthly report of Fire Alarms for the mont '"of September 1927 be accepted and. ordered placed on file. DEPT. OF ViIEIGIITS & MEASURES City Sealers bills were approved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that the weekly reports of City Sealer Burns for the weeks ending Oct 1st and Oct. 8th.; also monthly report for tae month of September . be accepted and ordered placed on file. POLICE DEPT. Police Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that the application of Joseph A. Wroblewski be accepted and ordered placed on file. Motion prevailed that the Official Bond of Officer Sylvester Zell nameing Officer Sylvester Zell, Olen 'A. Clark, and Max Adler as suety be accep *ed- and ordered placed on file. Motion prevailed that a one car length loading zone be established in front 5 of Dr. Hagers Building at.111 N. LaFatette Blvd. Chief Hatt reported that he found traffic conditions much releived at the intersections of California &Blaine Ave. and at Linden Ave. & Brvokf.ield St.,since the completion of the pavement on Lincoln gay West. Chief Hatt reported that at this time nothing could be done about the Brayton Transfer Co. petition. Motion prevailed that this petition be tabled. ,A,wrtten report of the incident in which Officer Ellis shot Mrs Rudys dog -on S. Leer St. signed by C.C.westwood , 1825 S..Leer St._ who was an eye , %,witness to the shooting was read, —Motion prevailed that Officer Ellis be exonerated. Wualls be instructed to errect an automatic traffic signal at the intersection of L•incolm flay west & Olive St. DEPT. OF WEIGHTS & 1VIEASURES Motion prevailed that the Meekly report of City Sealer Burns.for the week ending Oct. 15 th. be accepted and ordered placed on file. POLICE DEPT.
