Resolved by the Board of Public Works ofttehe City of South Bend, St. Joseph, County, State of Indiana, That it Is desired xecessary to improve KEASEY STREET FROM CARROLL ST. TO FIRST A'_jLEY WEST. By constructing a cement curb along the north side of said Keasey Street in accordance with the profile, details, drawings and specifications on file in the office of the Department of the Board of Public Works of said City; and such improvement is now ordered. The cost of said improvement, .including the cost of street axd alley in._ terseetioxs, shall be assessed upon the real estate abutting on said Keasey Street, all accor— ding to the method and manner provided for in an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, entitled, An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations," approved. March 6,1905, and in accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of all amendatory, and supplemental aetfi thereto, passed by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana. Assessments, if deferred are to be paid in ten equal annual installments, with interest at the rate of Six per cent per annum. A bond or bonds, shall be issued to the contractor in payment of such work, un— less the property owners pay said assessment before said bond or bonds are issued. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve KENWOOD AVENH FROM OLIVE STREET TO KALEY STREET. By grading the said street from property line to property line and constructing cement- walks and cement curbs on both sildes of said Street in accordance with the profile, details, drawings and specifications on file in the office of the Department of the Board.. of Public Works of said City; and such improvement is now ordered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That notices of the time and place of such public consideration be published and mailed in the manner provided by lair. Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bead, St. Joseph County, State' -of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve WEBSTER STREET FROM SAMPLE STREET TO A POINT 660 feet south of the south line 0f said Sample Street. By grading the said street from property line to property line and con— struction of cement Burn on both sides of the roadway and construdtfAg 'eement walks on, the west, side of the Street. Also constructing a Brick Pavement laid upon a six inch gravel founda— tion from the south line of Sample Street to a point 440 ft. south of the south line of said Sample Stret. Also -pla:o ng •the °necessary -storm -water -inlets and marginal curbs. All as shown on plans and accordance with detail drawings, profiles and specifications ox file in the office of the Department of Publie Works of said City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Board of Public Works fix the 27th. , day of June,1913 at the hour of 7:45 P.M. at the office of the Board of Public Works, of this City, as the time and place for the public consideration of said proposed improvement, at which said Board. of Public Works will _-Lear all persons interested, or whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvement, and will decide whether the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement will equal the estimated cost thereof.
