Co. submitted the blue print and description of side track between Garst St. and Stull Street- The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for investigation. Petition was°reeeived from the Chiea.go, South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway Company , soliciting the privilege of withdrawn their name from the Dixon & Locker Franchise. The same was read and placed on file. The awarding of the contract on the following improvements was deferred until May 20th. 1913 at 10:00 A.M. ,/Trunk surer on Indiana Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 243. ,,,Trunk sewer on Mishawaka, Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 245. ,,.,Pipe sewer, Dunham System, under Improvement Resolution No. 244. V"Pipe sewer on Quimby Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 241. Grade, curb and walk on Broadway, under Improvement Resolution, No. 246. Bids for grater connections on Brick Avenue,under Improvement Resolution No. 248, were received and read and referred to the Engineer for tabulation to be reported back Tuesday vIay 20th. ,1913, at 10:00 A.M. Contractors bond for one Thousand ($19000.00)Dollars signed. by M.Feser as priniaipal and Charles Krause and Henry Boettehe as sureties, was approved by the Bo€rd. ✓Bond and contrast for the construction of pipe sewer on Quincy Street from Portage Ave. to Blaine Avenue,under improvement Resolution No. 2222 signed by L.H."Vebster as prin.icipal and National Surety Co. of New York as sureties, was approved by the Board. ✓Bond and eontrict for grading and paving Brick Avenue from LaPorte Avenue to Michigan, Ave. under improvement Resolution No. 2082 signed by James Nelson and American Surety Company of New York , was approved by the Board. Petition filed with the Board for curb on Keasey Street on north side from Carroll Street to pt. 120 ft. west. The same was read and referred to the City Engineer for investigation. 1/Petition filed with the Board for grade, curb and walk on Foster Street from Howard Street north to St. Vincent Street. The same was read and referred to the City Engineer for in— vestigation. Communiea.tion received from Elmer D. Rex stating ti7at petitions had been filed with the Board for pipe sewer on Leeer Street, and walk and curb on. Calvert Street, one block east of Miami Street., also several mud holes on account of neglecting to put in walks at the South west corner of Indiana, and Leeer Streets, also north west corner of Calvert and.
