Board ordered Engineer to go to Vincennes, Indiana and over look Mr. Stewart
Sheets work and contract on* the sewer system in said city.
Mr. C. D. Emmons, Manager of the Chicago, South Bend. & Northern Indiana Railway
Company appeared in person and demanded the with-drawel of the Dixon & Locker
franchise from the consideration of the Board of Public Works and also the Council.
