Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered p aid. oti.on prevailed -that members of the Fire Dept, at the termination of th61r first 6 months service are to be given their regular 15 days vacation. ELECTRICAL DE! Electrical Dept. were approved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the week end - ing'Sept. llth. also the monthly report of Fire Alarms for the month of August be accepted and ordered placed on file. _ DEPT. Motion prevailed that Sunnyside Ave. be made a preferential street at the intersection of E. Colfax Ave. and that Chief Hatt be instructed to provide the.proper signs and markings &t this intersection. Meeting was called to order at 4:10 P.M. Mr. Reeder was not present. Motion prevailed to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the last regular meeting. FIRE DEPT. Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. A memorandum of agreement an, ::to the terms and activities of the Police . and Firemens Band signeA committee representing the Fire Dept. and a committee representing the Police Dept., was submitted to the Board of Public Safety for approval. Motion prevailed that the Police and Firemens Band be approved_ accord- ing to t:;e terms of the memorandum of agreement, and that a copy of such agreement be placed on file in the Board of Public Safety Office. ELECTRICAL DEPT. Electricla Dept. bills wer6 approved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the week ending Sept. 25th. be accepted and ordered placed on file. DEPT. OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES City Sealers bills were approved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns for the weekending Sept. 24th. 1927. yG}s POLICE DEPT. Police Rept.awere approved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that Chief Hatts report on traffic conditions at the intersections of Blaine Ave. and California Ave., and Brookfield St. and Linden Ave. be heard at the next regular meeting. Also Chief Hatts report of investigation of Brayton and other transfer Co's petition for parking space on West. Division St. Motion prevailed that Officer Ellis report of the shooting of Mrs. Rudys dog on Aug. 18th. be heard at the next regular meeting. Motion prevailed to adjournz at 4:55 P.M.
