Contract
Tuesday Dec. 4th.9 1923.
Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members
present.
Petition received and restution-ordered for sewer on
Test Poland Street from Olive Street to Meade Street.
Release signed for Staples and Ackerman bond.
Place arc light at the corner of High Street and Indiana
Avenue and reset are light now 100 'feet.west of Dale Avenue a&st to the north
east corner of Dale Avenue then Virginia Street.
Ex. Bond of Linzy Richardson filed Nov. 30,1923 is hereby
released.
Indiana Bell Tel. Co. granted permission to reset pole
at rear of 1109 Birner Street.
Petition filed for light at corner of Huey Street -and
Rogers Street. Referred to Inspector for report.
Street Commissioner granted permission to round off corners
of East side of Sycamore Street and 1st. alley north of La Salle Avenue,
J. W. Doyle took up matter of extra grading and inlets on
Lafayette Street, Wakewa and Marquette Avenue. Proper statement of amounts to be
filed.
Request of L. H. Webster for time to April 15th., 1923 on St.
Peter Street Trunk sewer granted.
Engineer filed assessment rolls on following: -
Sewer on alley east of Miami Street from Ewing Avenue to
Altgeldt Street and Altgeldt Street from alley east of Miami Street to Marine St.
under Improvement Resolutin No. 1232.
Water connections on Woodward Avenue and Angell& Avenue
from Hudson Avenue and Woodward to Angella Avenue, under Improvement Resolution
No. 1196.
Grade, curb and w& lk on O'Brien Street from Prast St. to
South line of Melrose Addition, under Improvement Resolution Nn. 1124.
Concrete pavement on alley south of Thomas Street from Chapin
Street to Laurel Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1224.
Grade, curb and walk on Randolph Street from Caroline St.
to Robinson Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1144.
Alley north of La Monte Terrace from Park Avenue to Forest
Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1240.
Grade, curb and walk on Vassar Avenue from College St.
to Adams Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 1172.
Assessment rolls adopted and final estimate allowed. Noti ce of
adoption of the assessment roll and of 'hearring upon ;the same on the 19th. day of

ment Resolution No. 1263 adapted Sept, . 2.,1923 signed and construction bond in Y`>
the sum of $325,00 with the American Surety Company of New, York as sureties.--.

William Stree t from Division Street to South Street as provided in Improvement
Contract with S. II. Ackerman for pipe sewer on Oakside Street frot
from ,Michigan Street to Follows Street, as provided in improvement Resolution

$2,976.00) with the American Surety Company of New York as sureties approved.
Bond and contract ordered filed.
Contract with Hoban & Roach for pavement on alley west of William
Street from Division Street,to South Street as provided in improvement resolution
No. 1262 adopted Sept. 18,1923-signed and construction bond attached thereto in
the sum of $1,999.00-with American Surety Company of New York as,sureties,
approved. Contract and bond ordered filed.
Claims were allowed as evidenced by vouchers numbered from 1365
to 1368 inclusive.
