Meeting wa -s called to order at-4:00 F.Y. '. Izcely was not present: lvd- nutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved. FIRE DEPT. Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered p aid. oti.on prevailed that members of the Fire Dept, at the termination of th61r first 6 months service are to be given their regular 15 days vacation. ELECTRICAL DE! Electrical Dept, were approved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the week end - ing'Sept. llth. also the monthly report of Fire Alarms for the month of August be accepted and ordered placed on file. _ DEPT. OF INSIGHTS & 1711SURES City Sealers bills were approved and ordered paid. lotion revailed that the we -kly report of-City Sealer Burns for the weer ending Sept. 12th, be accepted and ordered placed can file. Motion prevailed that Sunnyside Ave. be made a preferential street at the intersection of E. Colfax Ave. and that Chief Hatt be instructed to provide the.proper signs and markings &t this intersection.
