Complaint about defective paverient at Ford Street and Xoscisuzk
Street. White Constru4tion Company ordered to make necessary repairs on said
street as per their guarantee bond.
Claims were .allowed as evidenced by vouchers numbered from
n 51 to 1169. inclusive.

Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members preset
present.
Hearing hqd on assessment rolls and final estimates on the
following improvements: -
Grade, curb and walk on Colfax Avenue from east, end of
to the west end of Sunnyside Manor under Improvement Resolution No. 1155.
E. line of
' trade, curb and alk on dz Manorinley Avenue underImprovement Resolution No.
Sunnyside Manor to W. line of Sunny nor
1157.
Grade, curb and walk on Jacob Street from Washington Avenue
to McKinley Avenue, under Triprovement Resolution No. 1156.-
Grade, curb and walk on La Salle Avenue from east end of
to west end of Sunnyside Manor under Improvement Resolution No. 1158.
Grade, curb and walk on Washington Avenue from Sunnyside
to cast end of Sunnyside Manor under Improvement Resolution No. 1154.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed
in said roll filed October 31st. 1923 are benefited in the amounts as shown
on Said roils, and the Board further finds, that the assessment roils filed
October 31st.9 1923 and the final estimate allowed October 31st., 1923 kRxtzx
should be and the sama are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approit
approved.

In the above matter pt"dPdtty owners appeared and remonstrald
against said improvement and petitioners appeared for same. The Board after
hearing all interested parties rescinded said resolution and ordered that a
new resolution a adopted for fail lengl,h . of ' Street.

In the above matter Atty. Strickland appeared and filet written
remonstrance .for the Sutdebaker Corporation in regard to their benefits also against
damages, allowed. All written remonstrances were read And placed on file and all
intereAte3parl.i.es hea.rd.. Ramonstrances over-rzled. The Board finds that after hearing
all parties interested in parson or represented by attorney, separately and severally
confirm and sustain each assessment or benefit and each award of damage as heretofore
made in said proceedings. The Board +further confirm and sustaft each and every
award of damages and every assessment of benefits heretofore made in said proceedings
