Wednesday October 31st., 1923.
Bloarvid met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. L. P. Hardy absent.:
Hearing had on rolls of awards of damages and assessments of bene-
fits for the Vacation of Street °snd ale' ys in Oliver's First 'Additioh and Raff's
First Addition under Vacation Reslut on No. 72,
Property owners appeared and remonstrated against amount of assess-
ments. Atty. Walter Arnold and Ralph S. Feig attorneys for Herman and Max Gross
remonstrating against amount.of damages allowed on south 42 feet of north 20q feel,
of lot No. 1 P.aff's 1st. _Add. and south 42 feet of lot ,1 in Raff's First Addition.
All interested parties present were heard and upon request hearing is hereby continued
to Wednesday November 7th., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. -
Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1266 for the grade, curb
'and walk on Ruskin Street from Emerson Avenue to Oakland Avenue."
In the above matter remonstrators appeared and written remonstrance

hearing had on improvement Resolution No. ~1267 for='the °pipe,• sewer
n Oakside Street front, Michigan Street to Fellows Street,
in.the above matter no re monstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed, The Board therefore finds that the bgnefits to the property
liable to be assessed for_said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same
and said resolution is now confirmed. Date fov receiving, opening and considering
sealed proposals fixed as November 27th., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. Notice thereof ordered
published as required by law.
