that automatic traffic lights at corner of Lafayette and Colfax, Lafayc"+Ute and
'refferson and Washington and and tiiohigan Street and Main and Wayne Street be
connected up Same approved.
City Clerk granted permission to purchase a receupt machine.
City Engineer took up matter of either a ramp or depressionin
qJk at, entrance to filling stations on private driveways on Lafayette Street.
Ordered to keep gutter line uniform and cut the sidewalks with three feel, slope
from the curb,
Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimates as follows: -
Grade,, curb and walk on La Salle Avenue from E. Line of Sunnysid
Manhor to W. line of Sunnyside Manor. '
" " " Grade, curb and walk on Harriet Street from Jefferson Blvd. to
McKinley Avenue.
Grade, curb and walk_ on Jacob Street from East line of Sunnyside
Manor.
Grade, curb and walk on Colfax Avenue from E. line of Sunnyside

Grade, curb and walk on McKinley Avenue from E. line of Sunnysid
Manor to W. line of Sunnyside Manor.
Assessment rolls adopted and final estimates allowed. Notice of
adoption of the assessment roll and of hearing upon the same an the 7th. day of
November 1923 at 7:15 P.M. ordered published -as provided by law.
Remonstrance received read and placed on file tgainst paving of
alley west, of William Street from Division -Street to South Street by pavement.
Bids were received opened and read on Pavement on Riley Place.
Bids submmited by Hoban & Roach, Reith Riley Constr. Co. Referred to the Engineer
to tabulation to be reported Wed. Oct. 3191923 at 7:15 P.M. ( See files for
orginal bids.). Preliminary ordered mad a with concrete pavement ten day period
up Nov. 10,1923 at 10:00 A.M.
Prank Spitzer bone. for $1,000.00 filed and approved.
Money held up on Woodw$rd Avenue and Angella Avenue pavement,
assessment is hereby ordered released.
Citizens Homes Co. requested that lights be placed on Ewing Ave
and Scott Street and Donald Street and Taylor Street. Referred to Inspector for
report,.
Are light ordered placed at corner of High Street -and Indiana
Avenue.
Bond of Albert DeLee and Archi6 Bolliert approved August
22nd., 1922 for excavation in streets is hereby released.
Grade on alleys in Block bounded by Monoe.Street;and Dunn
Street,,Seott Street and Chapin Streets approved. -
