Wednesday October 17th., 1923. Continued.
Hearing _had on resolution for pavement, on alley west of William
Street from Division Street.,to South,Btreet, under Improvement Resolution No. 126
1262.
In.the %hove matter property owners appeared but no written remn
remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore finds that the benefits to property
liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the
same, and said resolution is now confirmed. Date for. receiving , dpening and
considering sealed proposals fixed as Nov. 1923.at 10:00 A.M. Notice thereof
o:,rdered published as required by law,
Deferred hearing had on resolution for the vacation of a part
of Kaley Street. Interested parties appeared for and against said vacation,
,,nd hearing deferred until Wednesday October 24th.1, 1923 at 9:00 A.M. No further
writtenremonstrance filed.
Resolution ordered for sewer on William Street between Washingtn
Avenue and Colfax Avenue.
Hearing had oh assessment, rolls and final estimates on the
following improvements:-
Grade, curb and walk on Sancome Avenue from Van Buren Street
to California Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 1151. Filed Oct. 1091923.
In. the matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
--tranee was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said
roll filed 2.Oct. 10,1923 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on said
roll, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed Oct. 10,1923
and the final estimate allowed Oct. 10,1923 should bey an the same are hereby
in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. j

benefits for the vacation of Tutt Street from W. line of alley -west of Lafayette
Street to Prairie Avenue, under Vacation Resolution No. 77 adopted July 2nd.9

remonstrances were filed. The benefits add damages being equal the Board there
fore declare the above roll filed July 24th. j 1923 in all things ratified, con-
firmed and approved and the proceedings closed.

confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. .

Deferred hearing held on Resolution for the condemnation of
an easement for a right of way for Sunnside Trunk sewer , deferred until October
31st., 1923 at 7:15 P.M.
