Electrical Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
Motion prevailed that the meekly report of Supt. (Itu alls for the week end-
,__ ing Aug. 28th. be accepted and ordered placed on file.

DEPT. OF WEIGH
City Sealers bill was approved and ordered paid.
Motion prevailed * that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns 'for the week
ending Aug. 27th. be accepted and ordered placed -onfile.
POLICE DE71T.
Police Dept. bills -ere approved and 'ord-ered paid.
Motion prevailed that Chief Hatt co-operate with City Food Inspector Ed.
Roessler in enforci;ng State Laws, and City ordinance forbiding food stuff
to be displayed on the public sidewalks.
Motion prevailed that Sergt. Theo. Wolters be promoted to the rank of
Acting Captain, at his present sergts. salary, and be assigned to duty
as day traffic Capt. in the absense of Capt. L.J.Lane now on a six months
furlough. This order to be effective Sept. 1st. 1927.

Motion prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns tot the week
ending Sept. 3rd.be accepted and ordered placed on file.
