Hearing had on assessment rolls and final estimates for the following improvements: Grade, curb and walk on 16th. Street, from Mishawaka Avenue to Grand.Trunk Western Ry. Co. Filed Sept. 26th., 1923. Asphalt,ie concrete pavement on Golden Avenue from Portage Avenue to Riverside Drive, under Improvement Resolution No. 1031. Filed Sept. 19-11923. pipe sewer on Seeberger Drive from Altgeldt Street to Michigan Street and Fellow$ Street under Improvement Resolution No. i087 wed --Sept- ---K1923. Cement walk on Vario1gs Streets under Improvement Resolution No. 1222 Fled Sept. 25th., 1923. Sheet asphalt pavement on Brookfield Street from Linoln Way Vilest to Vassar Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1189 Filed Sept. 25th., 1923. Pipe sewer on Burns Street from South Bend Avenue to north end of Burns Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1116 Filed Sept. 26th., 1923. In the alcove matter nd remonstrators appeared and no written aremonstrances wene filed. The Board therefore, find that the 'property assessed in said roils filed Sept. 25th., and 26th., 1923 are benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further finds, that the assessment roll filed Sept. 25th., and 26th.1, 1923 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Deferred hearing had on assessment -roll and final estimate for resurfacing and widening of Colfax Avenue from Michig%n St. to Lafayette Blvd'-.- with sheet asphalt under Improvement Resolution No. 1132. Filed Set. 1291923. In the above matter no further remonstrances filed and the Board find tbat the property assessed in said rolls filed Sept. 12,1923 is benefitted in the amount as shown on said roll and the Boa d further find, that the assessment roll filed Sept. 12,1923 and the final estimate allowed Sept. 12,1923 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. City Controller requested to wish --hold the sum of $1,000.00 until street is repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. Partial estimates allowed as follows:- Rith Riley Consir. Co.
