Notice ordered sent to the Indiana Bell Tel. Company to remove
entirely the poles and wires on Fellows Street within Len days.
Partial estimate allowed George Pontarelli for pipe sewer on Monroe
Street,
Request of Indiana Bell Tel. Co. to ,:open .stee-Ls for the purpose of
constructing manholes. One On E. Sycamore St on Sa•Lalie Avenue one at St.

Richard Elbe' Prasi-lent of Park Board appeared in regard to
grade, curb and walk on Chalfant Street between Eddy Street and Coquillard Park
and requested that sidewalk be eliminated from along Park land. Same approved.

City Attorney Hammond requested to draw ordinance up for the
purchase of the BU$her tract for the Street Department use.
Contract with Williston Construction Company for the Widening
and paving of Lafayette Blvd. from La Salle Avenue to south line of Jefferson
Blvd, as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1248 adopted August 7th.,
1923 signed and construction bond for the sum of $17,542.00 with the Glove
Indemnity Company of New Jersey Kpim as sureties approved. Contract and bow
ordered filed.
