under Improvement Resolution No. 1207 adopted May 29,3.923 si ned and construct*
bond in the sum of 3423.00 with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co.
as sureties approved. Contract and bond ordered filed.
Contract with J.' A. Barnes for grade, curb and walk on Bowman
Street from Kline Street to Sampson Street, a's provided in Improvement Re'solu-=
Lion No. 1099 adopted Feb. 27th., 1923 signed and construction bond in the'sum
of $1,848.00 with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company of
Maryland as sureties approved. Bond and contract ordered. filed. _
Contract with Harry N. Barnes for grade, curb and walk on
Clyde Street from Indiana Avenue to awing Avenue, *1Ak 1Xx as provided in
improvement Resolution No. 1122 adopted March'6th., 1923 signed and construc-
