Engineer signed assessment rolls as follows: -
Brick pavement, on Huey .Street from Washington Avenue to Linden
,Sheet asphalt pavement _on. Leer Street from Calvert Street, to
Water cnnection. on Altgedt Street from & rskine Blvd, to High St.
Sheet asphalt pavement on Boman Street from Miami St. to Leer S1,
water conneotions on Sunnyside Avenue from Wash. Ave. to La Salle
Assessment rolls adopted and final estimates allowed. Notice of
adoption of th assessment rolls and of hearing upon the same on the 23th. dy of
October 1923 at 7:15 P.M. ordered publ2thed according to law. _
Contract, with Highways Material Company as contract for the
grade, curb and walk on Robert Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Ruskin Street,
as provided in improve ent Resolution No. 1120 adopted March 6th.9 1923 signed
and 'construction bond attached thereto in the sum of $936.CB with the Fidelity
.and Deposit Company of Maryland as sureties approved-. Bond and corrract ordered
filed.
Contract with George Pontarelli for the pipe sewer on Marietta
Street from Keasey Street to a locality 160 feet north of Keasey Street, as
provided in improvement Resolutioh No. 1259 adopted Sept. llth., 1923 signed
and construction bond attached thereto in the sum of-403.00 with Standard
Accident Insurance Company as sureties, aproved. Contract and bond ordered filed

on Sorin Street from Walsh Street to East line of Park Place 2nd. Add. as
provided in improvement Resolution No. 1246 adopted August 1st., 1923 signed and

Contract with 'George A. Harrop as contract for the pipe sewer
on Garst Street from Prairie Avenue to a point 220 ft. west of the center line
of Catalpa Avenue from Garst Street t,o Za,mple Street, also Kerr Street from,
Catalpa Avenue to a point 220 feet west of the center line of Catalpa Avenue
as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1247 adopted August 1..,1923, signed
and construction bond in the ,sum of $2,920.00 with the Fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland as sureties approved. Contract and bond ordered filed.

Grade, curb and walk on Oswald from Walnut Street, to Magnolia
under Improvement Restution No, 1176 adopted Sept. 18,1923.
In the above matter no remonstrators appea-red and no written
remonstrance were filed with exception of oPipe sewer on Indiana Avenue, Atty. Yeagley
appeared and filed written remonstrance for New York Central Ry. Company which was
over -ruled.
The Board therefore find that the property assessed ih said
roll filed Sept. 18,1923 are benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and
the Board .further find, that 'the assessment rolls filed. Sept ' 18,1923 and the final
estimatei allowed Sept, 18,1923 should be and'thp same are hereby in all things
ratified, confirmed and approved.
Deferred hearing had on assessment rolls' and final estimate
for resurfacing of Colfax Avenue from Michigan St, to Lafayette Blvd, under
Impt. Res. No. filed Sept. 18,1923. Hearing'ent-inued to October 10,1923 at
7:1 -5 P.M.
Engineer signed assessment rolls and final estimates for

Asphaltoic concrete pavement on Woodward Avenue from Hudson
Avenue to the Michigan Central Ry. Co, and Angella Avenue from Woodward Avenue to
Portage Avenue, under Improvement, Resolution No. 1106.
