In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no writioen remonstranoes were filed . The Board hherefore. find that the property assessed in said rolls filed August, 28th.., 29th., and Sept. 4th.-, 1923 are benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed Aug 28th., 29th., and Sept. 4 th., 1923 and the final estimates allowed August 28th.9 29th.9 and Sept.4th., 1923 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on assessment'roll and final estimate for pavement on Poland Street . In the above matter remonstrators appeared and objected to defective pavement. Hearing continued to Wednesday Sept. 26th.9 1923 at 7:15 P.M. Board to investigate. Deferred heating had on resolution for grade, curb and walk on Esther Street from Jefferson Street to McKinley Avenue under Improvement Res. No. 1249 and grade, curb and walk on Washington Avenue from east line of Sunnysid Manor to Esther Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1250. Atty. G. A. Parabaugh present representing Clem. Studebaker and written remonstrance filed, Hearing deferred to Sept. 26th., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. Atty. Montgomery present representing L. G. Paiiter Company. Property owners appeared requesting that a sewer be built on Calvert Street from Kline Street to -drnsberger Street. Engineer advised that a trunk sewer will have to be built for an outlet. Clerk instructed to notify the Street Commissioner to investigate the condition of Calvert Street, and see whit can be done. Chas. A. Cole with H. A. Wood appeared in regard to water wains In Woodlawn Additiop also extending the Marquette Avenue server in Marquette, Park and about local sewers on streets in Woodlawn Additioa. Clerk instructed to Aotify George Witwer that condemnation Res, No. 78 is sit for hearing under dote of Oct. 3rd., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. and same will be definitely decided at this t%e.
