Board met in epgeial session at 9:00 A.M. All members present.
Chas. Lapp of 319 W. Marion Street before the Board and the Witter
of paying balance of assessment due on Let 147 Wenger and Kreighbaum's 6th. Add.
on Marietta Street vas discussed and Mr. Lapp agreed to pay 4141.00 MONOMW as an
adjustment on sewer assessments on Marietta Street to be used in adjusting assessments
to other property owners on sewer.
Charles Calvert Seoy. of Indiana & Michig%n Elec. Company before the
Board and reuested permission to plank Division Street from St. Joseph Street to Ist.
Alley west on the south side of Division Street, along the Indiana & Michigan-Elec.
Company property. Same granted.
