Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South, Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is desired and deemed necessary to improve Indiana Avenue from Prairie Evenue to Olive Street as follows, topwit:- Said avenue shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved, and also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which nter or intersect said avenue shall be graded and paved.
