Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St Josaph County, State � of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve ,Division Street, Huron Street, Ford Street, Dunham Street, Sample Street,, Dundee Street and Camden Stre.at as follows, to -'Wit:. Cement curb shall be constructed along both sides of Huron Street from alley E. of Camden -Street to alley west, of Dundee Street. Ford Street from alley E. of Camden St. to alley vast of Dundee Street. Dunham Street from alley E. of Camden St. to alley west of Dundee Street. In the City of South Fend., Indien- . Upon said hearing Attorney Edward Doran appeared representing Joe Sole-ff and remonstrated against amount of damages allowed Joe Soloff, S. M. Robinson appeared and remonstrated against amount of damages allowed. Horace G. Miller, A. H. Schultz And Frank'Anderson appeared as Robinson's appraisers and stated what they thought the property was damaged. The Board after hearing all interested property owners aad parties interested decided to defer hearing until Wednesday July llth., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. Written remonstrance was filed`by Marion R. Bearing had un improvement resolution No, 1210 for the pavement, on Corby Street from St. Louis Blvd. to South Bend Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above mat*6er remonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance was filed, which was -later withdrawn on condition pavement is riot to be laid until 1924. The Board being; fully advised in the premises, decides that the bene- fits to property liabel to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimates cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Enggineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted 9,nd the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved that the advertising of this resolution for bids shall be deferred until Tuesday March llth., 1924. . Hearing had,on Improvement Resolution°No. 1207 for the grade, curb and walk on Kessler Blvd. from Marquette Blvd. to Portage Heights Addition, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators, appeared and no written remonstra' strnace was filed.
