Bend, St. Joseph!County, State of Indians, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve Alley south of Thomas Street from Chapin Street to Leruel Street as follows, to -wit: - Said alley shall be graded and the roadway theregf shall be paved; also the roadway of certain portiwns-of the streets and alleys -which outer or intersect said alley shall bo graded and paved. Avenue from Miami Street to East .line of Miami Heights Addition., in the City of South Bend, Indiana . s Npon said -hearing no remonstrators appeabed and no written remonstrance was filed.
