Bowles property owner residdtg on Randolph Street between;Kline and Caroline Street appeared before the Board and presented petition for grade, curb and W&lk on Randolph Street between Kline Street and Caroliie Street. Said petitiw approved and resolutios ordered and Mr. Bowles submitted following waiver'for,street intersections and sidewalk extensions. South Bend, Ind. May 29,1923. We, the undersigned hereby waive our "rights is regard to the Intersections at Kline Street And Dare11-Re Streets on Riadoiph Street had hereby agree that the cost for sidewalk , curb avid grade at said isterseetion shall be charged against the property adjoining said -intersections. Vernon C. Hastings Herman D. Bowles. Mr. John Tasher appeared before the Board aad took up matter of sewer tap in front of his property oa Sath Michigan Street not coating up to curb. No agreement reached on this matter. The followiag ordered was approved to be sent to the Building Commissioner. That the Building Commissioner be instructed to notify property owners to check up what is completed on buildings on South side of Sample Street from Lafayette Street to Prairie Avenue, as the City has confirmed the Coxdemation-p oceedings for the Widening of Sample Street from Lafayette Street to Prairie Avenue.
