A petition from the Buisness Men, Property Owners, and residents of-the vicinity of Broadway and So. Michigan St.•requesting that a traffic signal light be erected at this intersection was received. ivlotion prevailed to instruct Supt. Quails to erect signal at the inter - ! section Of'Broadway and So. Michigan Sts as soon as possible. Motion prevailed to defer action on the erecti n of a signal at the intersection of Wiilialm St. and Colfax Ave. until after the contemplated traffic survey. DEPT.
