Concerning the improvement of Eckman Street from Michigan Street to
Fellows.:Street with asphalt, asphaltic eoxerete, bitulithie, eeenerete or brick, in
pursuance to Resolution No.,11X3 the Board finds that no petitions has been filed
with said Board by A may jori-,y is number of the freeholders residing on said street to
be improvedq requesting that it be improved witj a different kind' of pavement than th
the kind heretofore adopted by the Board in its preliminary order; and the City E
Engineer reports that the Harry N. Barnes is the lowest,aand best bidder for the kind
of pavement adopted by the Board, and the Board.finds that Harry N. Barnes is the
lowest and best bideer and hereby lets the contract for said improvement to them,*
and orders that said improvement be made with asphaltic eoneret,e, using Mexican asph&
asphalt, and all proceedings- heretofore had in this matter are hereby confirmed and
ratified,
