Board met, in regular session at, 9:00 A.M. All members present, Att,vney Jones & Obenchain appeared before the Board and verbaljr requested that Meade Street between Sample Street and Indiana Avenue be vacated, on account, of the placing of the New Jersey Ry. Company freight yards. Board advised that a petition be filed. The following communication received read.and placed on file and insurd'nee policies approved, + South Bend, Indiana Aprj1 10,1923. Gentlemen:- Herewith you will please,find,the following Fire Insurance Policies covering City Hall and Fire Stations with contents; No. 76024 Fidelity and Phenix Insurance Company W, G.
