Hearing had on resolution for pavement on Lafayette Street from Marwuette Avenue to Wakewa Avenue, also Marquette Avenue from Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street, also Wak ewa Avenue from Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1111. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstratprs appeared and no written remon- trance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises; decides that, the.benefits to property liabbi to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the stimated cost of the same,A4 reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the saine'`is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. In the above matter Mr. Collins and Mr. Shirk appeared and objected to this sewer going int not benefitted. The Board after hearing interested pparties present and upon advise of the City Engineer this resolution is hereby rescinded. Hearing had on improvement Resolution No.1110 for the pavement on the alley east of St. Joseph Street from Wayne Street, to 2nd. Alley East of Wayne Street in the City of South Bend Indiana. Uplan said hearing Atty. Rice appeared representing Retha Long property ow and objected to pavement being put in, but nowritten remonstrance was filed. The Board after hearing all parties pa:esent and being fully advised in the premises, decides that; the benefits to pnoperty liable to the assessed for said improve- ment are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, an thereupon takes final action on said resolution`as originally adopted, and the same is hereby!in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
