That the New York Central Railroad Company shall do and perform all of the work included within the plans, specifications and estimates filed by it. 2:-,That the Indiana Northern Railroad Company shall do and perform all of thw work inoluded(within the plans, specifications and estimates filed by it. 3• That, the City of South Bend shall do and perform all of the work included within the plans, specifications and estimates filed by it. 4. That the Grand Trunk western Railway Company shall do and perform all of the work included within the plans, specifications and estimates filed by it. 5. The foregoing allotment -of work shall not be construed as any division of costs ofany of said work, but the Board expressly leaves all questions as to division of costs and the proportionate liablity of eahh of all of the parties affected fp for future determination as provided by law. The Board further orders that all of said work shall be done as pro- vided by Modified Grade Separation. Resolution No. 4 and in accordance with the plans and speoifioat,ions hereby approved and directs that such work be so planned and per- formed as to cause the least possible interruption of traffic and the least, possible interference with the operation of street railways and other public utilities.
