I Prairie Avenue: At the intersection of Prairie Avenue and the tracks of said railroad, the surface of said Avenue, where it intersects the tracks leading to the Studebaker Plant and to the team yard, shall be depressed seven and forty nine hundredths (7.49) feet below the top of the south rail of the west bound main track as now maintained, the elevation of said south rail being 64.28 when referred to South Bend. datum an&.149.49 when referred to New York Central datum. Clearance shall be. twelve and one-half (12*) feet between the surface of the avenue as fixed above and the superstructure of the tracks leading•to the team yard and Studebaker plant.
