Deferred hearing held on assessment roll and fill estimate for
concrete pavement on alley between Portage Avenue and Ashland Avenue from Rex
Street to Portage Court, under Improvement Resolution No, 1396. Filed`Axgxs:k
July 8th., 1925.
In the above matter no further remonstranoe filed and no remon-
strators appeared. The Board therefore -modified said roll by substitutin
figures in red for original a�ssessme nts, and the Board therefore find the the
property assessed in said. roll filed July eth., 1925 and as modified is bene-
fited in the amounts as shown in red on said modified roll, and the Board,
further find, that the assessment roll filed July Sth.; 1925 and as modified.
