Supt, of Lights Qualls made following reports on petitions filed for
lights,. .
Petition for light on Eddy Street between St, Uinoent Street and South
Bona Avenue. Owing to conditions.not physical and unknown at the time above
reasommdnatioh was made I.am now of the opinion that a 1000 lumen light with radioel
reflector and bracket construction should be located at Eddy Street and Howard St.
