before the Board in re petition filed under date of August 12th.9 1925 for light*
on Edgy Street from South Bend Avenue to St. Vincent Street,. Approvad of
Sept. 1,�925s Order rescinded and Inspector To investigate necessity of light
at Eddy and Howaro. • .
Singer Mfg. Company given permission to repair pavement and curb
and sidewalk on Division Street WWt Olive Street adjacent to their
Company. _
Hearings ymd on the following improvement resolutions:
Grade, curb and walkn on Wilber Street from Lincoln Way West to
Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No, 1565.
Grade, curb and vaalk on. Douglas Street from Ewing Avenue to
Donald Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1563,
awa lzarade, curb and vaslk on Dayton- Street from Robinson St.
to the west line of S. M. Robinson's Addition, undo Nprovement Resolution
No. 1566.
Hrade, curb and walk on Colfax Avenue from Eddy Street to
Suanyside Avenue under Improvement Resolution 10. 1561.
Graft, curb and walk on Anella Avenue from Lafayette St. to
the Michigan Sentral R. R. under Improvement Resolution No. 1560.
In the above matters no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore descides that the benefits to the
property liable to be, assessed fo said ieiprovement are equal to ,the_ estimated cost

Hearing had on Resolution for grading of alley south of Parkovash
Avenue from Lafayette" Street to `Iroquois Street$ under Improvement Resolution No, 1564.
In above matter remonstrance filed and remonstrators appeared, After due consideration
and heaving 411 interested parties, same rescinded,

Madera Street from Hamitlen Avenue to Wilson A?renue.
In the above above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore sustain all former action on said
resolution and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this
resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
And the Board now ordered that a list or roil be prepared of all owners
or holders ofmproperty and of valusable interestes therein sought to be taken or to be
injuriously affected hich list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially
affected. `'�
Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 103 for the *acation of
alley between Mishawaka Avenue and Rose Street from Beyer Avenue to the Grand Trunk

In the above matter no remonstraters appeared and no written remonstran
wasfiled. the Board therefore sustain all former action taken on said resolutien
and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this resolution
in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pavement on

Contrast and bond ordered filed.
Contract with Williston.Construction Company for Sheet.asphalt
pa ement on Digonal Street from Marion Street to Navarre Street under Improvement
Resolution. Noy, 1518 signed and construction bond in the stria of $5,110.00
attached thereto with Inland Bonding Company as sureties approved. Contract and
bond ordered filed, .
Contract for pavement on Bronson Street and South Street from
Eddy ,Street to,Sunnyside Avenue awarded to the Williston Cermstruotion Company.
Claims amounting to $ was approved by the Board.
