Motion - orevailed to accept and place on file the application of Sylvester Neidbalski, Ralph Bickel, Floyd E. Butts, A letter from L.hi.Kempton was read in which T.Tr. K-empton expressed his appreciation of the in covering his house hold furniture with tarpolians, and their eft"otts to extinguish the fire with as little damage to his house and household furniture as possible. ELECTRIC DE Motion prevailed to accept and place on file the weekly reporl" of Supt Qualls for week ending December 4th., also monthly report for the month of November. ,Supt Qualls road a written analysis of the bids or proposals for the Electrical material and eqtLipment which were opendd and tabulated at the Special ideeting Dec. 2nd.' -Jr. Oualls stated that he had found irregularities in. the specifications and some of them did not come up to the standard as outlined in the request for bids. There were no guarentee of specified delivery date, and in three of the bids the expense of returning the empty reels to the factor was not covere d. i1otion prevailed to reject all bids for the cable and re-advertise for bids as soon as pos=sible stating that the bids must be strictly in accordance with the specifications: outlined it the reauest for bids, and. that all bids must be submitte TiI.O.B.
