It is under- stood that this privilage to the Union Bus Co, is temporarly, and is to be revoked at any time that conditions necessitate or that the Board sees fit, Motion prevailed to instruct Chief Hatt to confiscate certain magazines or literature containing undraped feminine forms carried by local news l stands with a view of future prosecution if the matter sold is found to f c ome under the Obscenity Law. f Motion prevailed to adjourn at 5 :OOP.M. Motion. prevailed, to accept and place on file the applications of Delbert Bunch, and Raymond S. Bakeman.
