two of the Board Members .were out of the Cis on Monday .Sept. 20th. Pres.
. 916drum ordered'that.the regular °meeting be held Tuesday Sept 21st. at
l6 :00A.M.Mr Nicely was not present.
Motion prevailed to dispense with the readinglof the minutes of the last
re gular meeting and that they be accepted.

Motion prevailed to accept and place on file the application of F.E.Butts
