Motion prevailed to dispense with -the reading of the minutes of the
previous meeting.

Upon the sugestion of Fire Chief ?Lyioblbck a motion prevailed to request
both the Nevis tinges and Tribune to print a noticein their papers asking
all citizens to lrihen 'pulling a fire alarm box to stay at the box until
the fire eompanys arriavq so that they will be properly directed to the
fire.
Fire Chief unoblock was authorized to purchase a grind stone,, in
I ` order that axes and other equi.ament can be kept in good order.
Fire Chief Knoblock wad authorized to - �2zrchased two additoinal gas
masks.
Supt. Qua11s of the Electric Dept. re o-led that one of the new
pedistal safety lights is now ready for ins. tion.
