'The Honorable Mayor, Chester Re Montgomery having delivered
the following certificates, reading as follows: -

Claude Be Nicely, the.other two commissioners o f public safety.

Earl Reeder moved that Be J. Engeldrum act as president of
this board for the period of four years, which was seconded by Claude
x Nicely. Said motion was carried.
