Numbers '519 to 523 inclusive were approved. Supt. Qualls, presented weekly report !or the week ending June 4th. WEIGHTS & MEASURE DEPARTMENT: Reed I. Officers A. E. Nelson and t?ohn C. ere FJI Y a ppeared before the Bard and were requseted to wxplain the accident they had on the night of June loth. Officer Nelson,, riding a motorcycle ran into Mr. Hans', Johnson, Of 911 W. Jefferson St..this.city and knocked him down who was later taken to the Epigorth Hospital, after an explamiation of the accident the officer was - exonerated and cautioned. Officer Sergt Delinski, Emmett Baxter Louis Kish and-Edw. Vc Cormick, appeared before the board to explain the accident they had with the Police Ford number 1, on the afternoon of June 9th. having had a collision Mr., R. Lt. Rebut, at LaPorte Ave and Colfax ave.. having broken off the door of -the police car and also the door of fir.
