loth. Officer Nelson,, riding a motorcycle ran into Mr. Hans', Johnson,

W. Jefferson St..this.city and knocked him down who was later
taken to the Epigorth Hospital, after
an explamiation of the accident
the officer was - exonerated and cautioned.
Officer Sergt Delinski, Emmett Baxter Louis Kish and-Edw. Vc Cormick,
appeared before the board to
explain the accident they had with the
Police Ford number 1, on the afternoon of June 9th. having had a
collision
Mr., R. Lt. Rebut, at LaPorte Ave and Colfax ave.. having broken off the
door of
-the police car and also the door of fir. Bebout's car they were
exonerated and,eautioned,,
