Reed I. Hawthorne, presented monthly report for the month of April

POLICE DEPARTMENT: -
- Motion prevailed that the applications of Paul M. Boltz and
Stephen P. Emery, for posistions in the police department be accepted
and ordered.placed on file.
The following men appeared before the "Board and. were questioned r
regarding; their applicationd for posistions inthe police department
Thomas Nowak, Paul M. Baltz, Chester A. Nibleck, .11. S. Parker,- D.A.
Mdttin'and Elmer Kissinger. Motion prevailed that all the men mentioned
above.be appointed and were ordered to take the physical examinations.
Dewey die Cormiek appeared before the board and his application
was rejected.
