Qualls, presented weekly reports for work done in his department from Jan# 2Zrd, to Feb..5th. inclusive. A quotation was received from Mr. C. L. Jackson, of Elkhart, Ind., offering to sell out the following supplies for Traffic Signals, 6 Aluminum Frames,, 4 cast iron basas, 1 set bull eye.frames and glass. 1-Reco Flasher and all patterns for above price quoted on the above was $6)0.0`0 Six hundred dollars., and Moti;n prevailed that an offer was to b; made by Mr. Qualls, for the above of Five Hundred (6001"'00) and if accepted by Mr. Jackson, same was to be brought to the'. Electrical Department as soon as pes6b1ble. WEIGHTS & MEASURE DEPARTMENT:- Mr. Reed I. Hawthorne, presented-weekly.report for the week ending Feb. 6th. also.monthly report was received for the month of January. The montlily report was received from Dr. 0. A. The following officer apper4ed before the ..Board regarding the cliarges of assault on a Ivan, Yeasel, Alta Woolverton and LeRoy Anders, Slergt. Lutny., O.fficdrs.Kasch,, Winans, and Laskows*i, The four youths were examined by the Board members, but they failed to find and marks of violence The board then went into executive cession and anoumced that their decission in the matter would be rendreded at the next Board meeting. The Board them went into executive session to consider evidence submitted, after a public hearing and submission of all evidence the Board went into executive session for the purpose of considering all evidence submitted, after due and carefull consideration of all the evidence submitted the Board found the stiff officer Herman 'G.
