FIRE DEPARTMENT.- REQUISITIONS PRESENTED & APPROVED.
Numbers 931 to 951.inclusive were approved.
A petition was received from the residents of the district
of River.Park, signed by one thousand property owners in the
district requesting the erection of a Fire Station on the.Lot owned
on Mishawaka Ave. in River Park which the board approved and a
Motion prevailed that a resolution be drawn up recommeding to the
Board of Public 'Works, that th &er- is an urgent need of a Fire
Station in this locality.
ELELCTRICAL DEPARTMENT:-
REQUASITIONS PRESENTED & APPROVED.

Motion prevailed that the resigination of Thos. A. Reaning,
be accepted same taking effect Jam. gth. 1925.
Motion prevailed that the Supt. of the Electrical Dept. shall
have full charge of the staff of operators both the Police and.
Fire ddepartment men and the men assigned to this work will remain
on tko4:i- respective pay roll of the department from which they are
assigned but will work under the juriddiction of the Elec. Supt.
Motion prevailed that the Board of Public Works, be petiotioned
to have two truck lines connected from the telephone Co., connecting
with the P.B.X. board at the alarm station.

Motion prevailed that W'�m. L. Hyatt, be appointed as a member of
the Police Department and to begin Duty Jan 15th. at asalery of
one hundred and sixty dollars per 1'o ( 160.0 } he is to serve in
the Electrical Department mntil the New Police & Fire Alarm System
is completed and them serve as extra for Both the Police & Fire Depart
