POLICE DEPARTMENT

Clain, for a position 'in the Police Department was 'accepted snci
order placed on f ile.`
Officers Guy M. Wikkiamd and A. E. Nelson, appeared
before the Board and expla.ihed the accident they had with Ford, car
No. 2. on`Dec. 25th. on West Division Sf. with Julius Van Durmen.
as Mr. Van Durmen, assumed the resposibility and agreed to pay'f.or
the damages -to the Police car the officers were.exonerated .
