Hawthorne, presented weekly report for the week ending Oct. 3rd, 1924, POLICE DEPARTMENT: - Motion prevailed that the application of Harold J. Erhart, for g poaktion in the Police Department be, accepted and placed on file. Motion prevailed that the Klug & Smith, Co., of Milwaukee, 'Nis. be advised that the trial installation of the four most signal installed 4t the corner of dash. and La Fayette 'Strs. does not meet d that same is t,o be with the approval of the Board an returned to their factory. Motion prevailed_ that an ordinance be drawn and presented to the Common Council at their next meeting for an appropriation of, Five Thousand Dollars.($5,000.00) for the Police Miscellaneous Fund. Hoover, for positions in. the Fire Department were ordered placed'on file ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT:- REQUISITIONS PRESENTED & APPROVED. Numbers.301.to. 313 inclusiver were approved. BILLS PRESENTED AND' ALLOWED. Vouckers numbered 1614 -1663. to 1666 1681. allowwed. _ Supt. Qualls,- presented weekly report for the week ending Oet. 9th. 1924.,Report (Sept. 26th. to Oct. 9th. 1924). WEIGHTS & MEASURE DEPARTMENT: -BELLS PRESENTED AND ALLOWED.
