All Roaxd. members being present Paul A. Heier -nano, Clerk, absent (On Vacation) minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. FIRE DEPARTMENT: - Chief Sibrel, absent out of city attending FireChief's convention at Buffalo, N. Y. ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT:- Supt. Qualls, presented weekly report for the week ending Aug. 21, 1924. Mr. Qualls, demenstrated a min&ture signal that could be used between the street car tracts and. he was instructed to proceed . with his experiment and to have two of them made to try out as soon as possible. WEIGHTS & MEASURE DEPARTMENT : - " Reed I. Hawthorne,,presented weekly report for the week ending Aug. 22nd, 1924..
